Developer Nemy
These terms and conditions apply to the Air Speak app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Developer Nemy (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Usage & Responsibility
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. We advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it may expose you to malware and cause the Application to malfunction.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. The service providers used are: AdMob and One Signal.
Connectivity & Charges
Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or exhausted data allowances. You accept responsibility for any data usage charges from your mobile provider, including roaming charges if used outside your home territory.
Limitation of Liability
It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from relying entirely on the Application's functionality or your device running out of battery.
Updates & Termination
You agree to always accept updates offered to you. The Service Provider may cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end, and you must delete it from your device.
